An organization that hosts our website offers Web Trends. Is your work to implement search robot filter?
We need robots search engines and spam filtering our data to Web Trends. Currently, 75% of our traffic is spiders from search engines, all other schewing indicators. I contacted the agency and are unresponsive and seem to think that we must apply the filter. We are not the administrators, however, can not understand how we without administrative access. I think it is their responsibility. Any ideas?
